2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours from the time of order placement.
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays or natural disasters.
- Once the order is processed, it will be handed over to our partnered courier service for dispatch.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Our estimated standard delivery timeframe is 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, and external factors like weather conditions, strikes, or pandemic-related delays.
- You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been shipped so that you can track your parcel’s status in real time.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your order.
- Some products may be eligible for free shipping, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
- Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote locations or bulk orders.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we only ship within India.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Army Postal Services (APS), or certain restricted areas.
- Aabah Shopping reserves the right to refuse shipping to specific locations based on feasibility.
Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging with tags and labels intact.
- The product should not be damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Certain items such as personal care products, hygiene products, perishables, and customized items are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at Support@aabhashoppingcart.in with your order details.
- You will receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and further instructions on how to send the item back.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it through a courier service as instructed.
- Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo an inspection process to verify eligibility.
3. Refund Policy
- If the returned item is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking).
- If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with our policy, the product will be sent back to you at your expense.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, cancellations are not allowed as the order may already be processed.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it to Support@aabhashoppingcart.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide images of the defective item for verification.
- If verified, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns:

- Underwear, socks, and intimate wear
- Customized or personalized items
- Food, beverages, and perishable goods
